First-time Applicants:
First-time applicants must confirm eligibility as an arts organization before applying. Send a copy of your organization's bylaws, articles of incorporation, and IRS determination letter to the program's manager Rhonda Olisky at rhonda.olisky@ct.gov.

If your arts organization has previously received a grant from the CT Office of the Arts and this is your first time applying to the Endowment, you do not need to reconfirm eligibility. Your organization has already been deemed an eligible arts organization.
